The always-cool Hilloween, also known as Seattle's "modern Halloween carnival," is bringing spooky fun to Capitol Hill – and this year, the fun is staying indoors to avoid downpours!

This year's Hilloween features a costume parade, face painting, trick-or-treating, and a pizza party at Pagliacci's, where kids in costume can get a free slice.

This year, Hilloween is hosted at Seattle Central's Mitchell Activity Center on Halloween proper, October 31. Schedule for the day's activities is below.

1701 Broadway, Seattle, 98122

12 to 3 pm: Carnival

3:30 to 4 pm: Costume Parade

4 to 7 pm: Trick-or-treating on Broadway

4 to 7 pm:  Haunted Bank Laboratory at 1st Security Bank

5 to 7 pm: Pizza party at Pagliacci's
