Grab your baskets and get ready to hunt. There’s an egg hunt in every corner of the Puget Sound, and something for every age group and skill level including underwater, in the dark, and the out-in-the-open variety for the little ones. Some hunts even include games, bouncy houses, and entertainment. Pro-tip: Arrive early, as hunts are often over within minutes.

Bellevue Easter Egg Hunt Kids ages 1 to 10 can hunt for 30,000 eggs, plus enjoy free popcorn and drinks, face painting and photos with the Easter Bunny. 3 to 4:30 p.m. FREE. Pre-register. Lake Hills Elementary School, Bellevue.

Fox Hollow Farm Egg Hunt Over 40,000 candy-filled eggs will be hidden on the farm’s five acres (not a “mad dash” hunt), plus kids can visit with animals, ride a pony or mini motorized cars, and more. Rain or shine. 2 to 4 p.m. April 8, 10 a.m. to noon and 2 to 4 p.m. April 9, 9 to 11 a.m., noon to 2 p.m. and 3 to 5 p.m. April 15-16. $50 per car. Space is limited; pre-register. Seattle Children’s Museum Spring Egg Hunts Kids hunt for eco-eggs throughout museum, which can be redeemed for a candy-free goody bag. Special golden egg hunts for ages 8 and older. 8:30 to 10 a.m. through Sunday. $. Pre-register, space is limited. Seattle Children’s Museum, lower Queen Anne.

Northwest Area Egg Hunts. Kids ages 10 and younger can bring a bag or basket and hunt for eggs. Arrive at 9:45 a.m.; hunts happen promptly at 10 a.m. at the following Seattle community centers: Ballard, Bitter Lake Annex, Loyal Heights, Magnolia. Queen Anne has a hunt for ages 11 and younger at 10 a.m. Green Lake offers hunts at 10 a.m. for ages 1 to 3, 10:30 a.m. ages 4 to 6, and 11 a.m. ages 7 to 10. FREE.

Northeast Area Egg Hunts. Kids ages 11 and younger can bring a bag or basket and hunt for eggs. Arrive at 9:45 a.m.; hunts happen promptly at 10 a.m. at the Montlake and Ravenna-Eckstein community centers. Kids ages 12 and younger can bring a canned food item to donate, and a basket to hunt at Nathan Hale Stadium or Laurelhurst Park. Arrive at 9:45 a.m.; hunts happen promptly at 10 a.m. FREE.

Southwest Area Egg Hunts. Kids can bring a bag or basket and hunt for eggs. Arrive at 9:45 a.m.; hunts happen promptly at 10 a.m. at the following West Seattle community center locations: Alki, Delridge, and High Point. FREE.

Southeast Area Egg Hunts. Kids ages 11 and younger can bring a bag or basket and hunt for eggs. Arrive at 9:45 a.m.; hunts happen promptly at 10 a.m. at the following Seattle community center locations: Rainier, Jefferson and Van Asselt. FREE.

Snoqualmie Egg Hunt. Kids ages 1 to 12 can hunt for candy-filled eggs and visit with the Easter Bunny. 10 a.m. FREE. Centennial Park, Snoqualmie.

Redmond Town Center Easter Eggstravaganza. The scavenger hunt begins at noon for kids ages 12 and younger. Space is limited. Enjoy games, bunny petting zoo, inflatables and more. Noon to 4 p.m. FREE. Redmond Town Center, Redmond.

Mercer Island Lil’ Ones Egg Hunt. Kids ages 1 to 6 can hunt for goody-filled eggs, including a prize-worthy golden egg. Special area for ages 1 to 3. No kids older than 6 or parents on the field, please. 4 p.m. ages 1 to 3, 5 p.m. ages 4 to 6. $. Mercerdale Park, Mercer Island.

Mill Creek Eggstravaganza Egg Hunt Festivities including face painting, balloon artist and sponsor booths begin at 10:30 a.m., with hunts at 11 a.m. for ages 1 to 4, and at 11:30 a.m. for grades K to 5.
