Free Parent Talk: “Beyond Labels: A Look at Attention, Learning and Behavior”

The free presentation "Beyond Labels: A Look at Attention, Learning and Behavior" will help parents learn about the neurodevelopmental aspects of common labels and how this plays out in kids' behavior. This event will be held on Monday, April 4, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Shoreline Library, located at 345 N.E. 175th St.

The HANDLE approach addresses a wide range of learning, behavior, and developmental issues. It is a natural, non-drug treatment modality. Workshop leader Peg Simon, certified HANDLE practitioner, will familiarize parents with the concepts of neurodevelopment and help them understand the role it plays in behavior and learning.

Pre-register for this event by emailing peg.simon@handle.org. To learn more about the HANDLE approach, visit www.handle.org.
