New park alert: Meydenbauer Bay Park in Bellevue

Photo: Manfred Seidler

Just in time for spring sunshine! Bellevue has a brand new park to explore. Meydenbauer Bay Park and Marina stretches 10 acres along the Lake Washington shoreline and has a huge pedestrian pier that lets you walk out over the bay.

There's also a boat landing, a swimming beach and seasonal water sport rentals. The kids will beeline for the nature-inspired playground, which sits atop a terrace with beautiful views. This park looks fun for both kids and parents and will be a popular spot (I predict) when the weather is warm.

The park's address is  419 98th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA
