Sesame Street is coming to Seattle, July 25-27

You can still score free tickets to the Sesame Street Family Festival at Lincoln Park in West Seattle, July 27.

Update: Event registration has reopened.

“Can you tell me how to get, how to get to Sesame Street?”

Why yes, because Sesame Street is coming to Seattle! Your favorite Muppets are on a cross-country road trip as part of the PBS show’s 50th-anniversary celebration, and they are making a stop in our city, July 25-27.

You have a chance to see a live performance during the Sesame Street Family Festival on Saturday, July 27, at Lincoln Park in West Seattle. The festival will include a stage show, a giant maze, a treasure dig, plenty of photo opportunities with Elmo and the gang, and a milk-and-cookies station.

The festival is free, but you need to preregister for a timed-entry ticket. Act quickly if you want to go, because tickets are selling out fast.
