“Can you tell me how to get, how to get to Sesame Street?”
Why yes, because Sesame Street is coming to Seattle! Your favorite Muppets are on a cross-country road trip as part of the PBS show’s 50th-anniversary celebration, and they are making a stop in our city, July 25-27.
You have a chance to see a live performance during the Sesame Street Family Festival on Saturday, July 27, at Lincoln Park in West Seattle. The festival will include a stage show, a giant maze, a treasure dig, plenty of photo opportunities with Elmo and the gang, and a milk-and-cookies station.
The festival is free, but you need to preregister for a timed-entry ticket. Act quickly if you want to go, because tickets are selling out fast.
