Seattle-based Katlin Jackson founded Haiti Babi after volunteering in a Haitian orphanage, where she saw firsthand the poverty that deprives mothers of the means to support their children. Her mission was simple: jobs for moms. Each adorable blanket is handmade by a mother who now has job training and the employment necessary to keep her family together.
