Community Nature Programs offers week-long, outdoor, environmental education programs for children entering K-5th grade. Camp focuses on learning about nature through play, exploration, games, art, experiments and stories. Some activities we enjoy are: going on scavenger hunts, tasting wild edibles, creating nature art, climbing trees, and playing games that allow campers to experience what it's like to be different animals in order to better understand their biology. Each day has a new theme and pre-planned curriculum that also allows space for the campers' individual interests and curiosity. The days are filled with creativity, teamwork, learning, and laughter. It is sure to be an exciting experience that your children will love!
