The Richard Sherman Celebrity Softball Game is a family-fun doubleheader, combining a star-filled softball tournament with fundraising for a good cause. The event is being held Sunday, July 10, at Safeco Field.

Now in its fourth year, the softball game will include popular sports figures and other local talent. Last year's lineup featured a number of Sherman's Seahawks teammates, including Russell Wilson, Kam Chancellor, Earl Thomas, Doug Baldwin, Bobby Wagner and Marshawn Lynch, as well as Seattle's Grammy-winning rapper Macklemore.

The tournament is a rare — and sometimes humorous — chance to see professional athletes and others at the top of their fields step away from their sport of choice, pick up a bat and glove, and test their skills on the baseball diamond.

Tickets start at $10 a seat, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to local charities, including Blanket Coverage, the Richard Sherman Family Foundation, which provides clothing and school supplies to students in low-income communities around the country.

The event will include giveaways of BODYARMOR, a sports drink that Sherman endorses and has invested in.
