Won't you be their valentine?

For all you makers out there — celebrate the season of love by crafting for a cause. Seattle Children’s Hospital is always accepting handmade gifts for patients in need of a special valentine. The hospital offers a list of requested crafts — like knitted hats, scarves and yarn balls — with downloadable patterns on their website. Whether you’re interested in stitching up a few finger-puppet pals for a child to play with or quilting a blanket for nighttime snuggles, there’s a project for every leavel of crafter. View the projects and the handmade-items brochure at seattlechildrens.org/ways-to-help/donate/toys.
