Starting Memorial Day Weekend, Military Families Get Free Passes to Museums and More
Several museums throughout the area are offering free admission to active military personnel and their families all summer long as part of the National Endowment for the Arts’ Blue Star Museums program. Present your military identification between Memorial Day and Labor Day to enjoy the following activities, free of charge:

In addition to the Blue Star Museums, the Northwest Railway Museum is offering $5 roundtrip train fare on Saturday, Sunday and Monday of Memorial Day weekend to anyone with a valid current military ID card. For more information, visit www.trainmuseum.org.
