PEPS To Start New Group Just for Dads: Two New Eastside Sites Also Announced

PEPS (Program for Early Parent Support) has recently announced that it will offer a new group for primary caregiver dads. The group will meet weekly at Twirl Café on Queen Anne, Mondays from noon to 1:30 p.m., starting Jan. 9. For more information, and to register, visit www.peps.org/programs/infants/dads-group.

In addition, PEPS is gearing up for a new set of support groups, to kick off in January. There are two new Eastside groups being offered this session: The Issaquah "Baby Peppers" and the Bellevue "Second Time Around" group. Here are the other PEPS groups around town:

Baby Peppers: These groups are for parents and their 5 to 12 month babies. Locations include Redmond Bright Horizons, Issaquah Highlands Bright Horizons, Bothell Bright Horizons, West Seattle Bright Horizons, Twirl Café on Queen Anne in Seattle, Parent Trust in Mountlake Terrace/Edmonds, and KidsQuest Museum in Factoria. Second Time Around: These groups are for parents with two or more children, where the parent attends the group with just the new baby. Locations are University Village and downtown Bellevue Bright Horizons. More information: www.peps.org/programs/siblings/second-time-around.

Little Peppers: These groups are for parents with two children under the age of 3. The parent attends the group with both children.
