Planting seeds for a lifelong connection with nature

A summer outdoors—playing, laughing, learning and getting messy—can motivate kids to engage with their environment in new ways, unplug from screens, and connect with nature. Oxbow Summer Farm Camp offers creative ways to explore environmental connections through engaging educational activities and creative child-led play on a real-life farm!

Oxbow offers 2 camp experience to choose from:

Fields & Forests
Young growers will learn the ins and outs of what it takes to cultivate their own flowers and food while balancing the needs of the field plants with our friends in the forest, and beyond.

Chef Sprouts
Creative kiddos will collaborate with expert chefs and with each other to truly put the seasoning into seasonal cooking with new friends this summer!

In addition to Spring and Summer Camps, you can explore Oxbow’s unique site and programs through year-round events, workshops, volunteering opportunities, farm dinners, and more.

Oxbow Farm & Conservation Center is a nonprofit organization on 240 acres of forest and farmland bordering the Snoqualmie River in Carnation, Washington. Oxbow researches and practices regenerative farming methods, grows food and native plants, and educates people of all ages about agriculture and the environment. Collectively, Oxbow’s work takes real-time action to combat climate change, promote biodiversity, and encourage healthy food systems.
