Update: We made the difficult decision to cancel camps at our facility this summer, but we are very excited to try out three exciting new ways to learn with us!

  • Camp activity boxes (two themes!)

Seattle Humane is Puget Sound’s leader in animal adoption, education, and welfare. Our top priority is to connect animals in need of rescue with the people who will love them.  Through our outreach, advocacy, and services we strive to ensure that animal companionship is accessible to all. We offer summer camps for youth ages 7 - 13 with specific programming for all age groups. Participants meet pets and wildlife, learning applied pet training and animal language and go behind-the-scenes at our veterinary clinic as well as online events. In addition, our Kitty Literature program invites 5-10 year-olds to help socialize our cats by reading to them at our Bellevue shelter. For ages 13 - 17 years old we have  Humane Teen Club (HTC),  a junior volunteer and teen development program created specifically for animal lovers.
