April Pool’s Day at Evergreen Aquatic Center

Description

April Pools Day is a FREE event for children at the Evergreen Aquatic Center. During this free event, they will be teaching children about the importance of water safety in a variety of outdoor swimming environments.

There will be lots of games to teach children about hypothermia, kayak safety, swimming water safety, what to do if they need help, how they can help in an emergency without putting themselves in danger and much more. They will have other activities and resources.

There will be a free public swim hour after the training.

Note: There will be no public swim during that first hour as we will have stations out. Please visit during the free swim hour instead for your swim!
