Ballard Boonanza

Everyone is invited to Ballard Commons Park for some family friendly fall themed fun! QFC has donated pumpkins for your little goblins to decorate with paints from NOVO Painting, treats from Sweet Mickey’s, hot apple cider from PCC, festive music, kid’s activities, park games, a costume contest and more.

Get your lawn chairs and blankets set up for a free outdoor movie screening of Addams Family (1991) at 6 PM. This event will happen rain or shine so dress according to the weather.

Schedule:

• 4:00 – 6:00 PM: Booths, yard games, pumpkin painting and festive music. Free hot cider and treats. Ballard Alliance and Ballard Food Bank will have booths to promote the food drive. The first 100 folks to bring donations for the food drive will receive a mini pumpkin to paint.
• 5:30 PM: Costume Contest!
• 6:00 - 8:00 PM: Movie!

Ballard Boonanza is a kickoff event for the HARVEST FOOD DRIVE (November 1-30, 2024), benefitting the Ballard Food Bank. Please bring a non-perishable food item or monetary donation to help them fill the collection bins and provide for their neighbors in need.
