Description
Savor the bountiful flavors of Oxbow's fall harvest as we prepare a delectable South Indian pumpkin and lentil stew known as Sambar and the art of crafting crispy rice and lentil crepes called Dosa to complement the Sambar. This interactive session includes vegetable prep and dosa demonstrations and concludes with a shared meal.
Kids of all age love Dosas! Children are welcome, but they must be accompanied by an adult.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Payal ShahĀ is an avid cook who loves to share food. She enjoys cooking south Indian dishes which are most often naturally vegan and gluten free and finding ways to creatively source and incorporate local ingredients.
