Description
Johnny Bregar is a kids/family musician. His music has been featured on NPRs All Things Considered, Putumayo, XM/Sirius Radio. Reviewers from around the country have praised his original songs and arrangements of familiar childrens songs. He resides on beautiful Bainbridge Island with his wife and two sons, and runs a professional recording studio, where he has recorded six kids/family albums. Instruments are everywhere around the house, and music fills the air.
Johnny's songs are about everyday life as a child. He reaches across cultural and geographic boundaries with comfortable and familiar tunes that spark the imagination. Johnny strives to make his music educational as well as fun. Very few of his songs are written simply to be silly - he aims to strike a chord with kids by providing vignettes that echo the way they think about the world around them, while at the same time remaining fun and accessible.
Kindiependent is a Seattle-based community of independent family musicians who create innovative, dynamic music for every member of the family.
A pass for the entire series of 8 concerts is $30 per person. Individual shows are $5 per person day of concert.
