Description
The King County Library System (KCLS) invites King County residents to participate in its annual Summer Reading Program. Patrons are encouraged to track minutes spent reading from June 17 to August 31. Visit kcls.org/summer for more information, including reading recommendations and a list of events.
There are two ways to track and submit your time.
- Option 1: Visit your community library to pick up a printed reading log that can be filled out and returned.
- Option 2: Track your time though Beanstack. Log in or create an account on their website or app. Show your completed reading log on your phone to your local library staff.
Set your daily reading goal between Monday, June 17, and Saturday, August 31, 2024. They recommend 20 minutes a day. Parents and caretakers are encouraged to schedule dedicated reading time every day.
Read anything you want. This includes reading to someone else or listening to an audiobook.
