Description
The Children’s Film Festival of Seattle is kicking off the 2023 festival with a special and exciting event, the screening of the film “Missing Link” from the world-famous animation studio LAIKA who is behind the success of Coraline and Kubo and the Two Strings.
“Missing Link” tells the story of Sir Lionel Frost (voiced by Hugh Jackman), a brave and dashing adventurer who considers himself to be the world’s foremost investigator of myths and monsters. The trouble is, no one else seems to agree.
The film will be followed by an in-depth Q&A with the writer-director Christ Butler and Head of Practical Effect Oliver Jones about the making of the film.
The event is in-person only and recommended for ages preschool and older.
