The Moisture Festival 2023 Matinees happen Saturday & Sunday at 3 pm throughout the festival. All shows are at the Broadway Performance Hall on Capitol Hill in Seattle.

Each spring, Moisture Festival presents high energy comedy/varietè shows featuring a rapid succession of acts showcasing comedy alongside awe-inspiring physical and mental dexterity, with poignant moments of strength and delicate beauty. A live show band propels each performance. Varietè has its roots in the Music Halls of 19th century England, cabaret in Europe and vaudeville in America. Because of the talented artists currently working in this genre, it is still fresh, exciting and tremendous fun for the audience.

Presented as a variety show, each act or artist routine at the Moisture Festival 2023 happens within a 3-15 minute time slot while being accompanied by a live show band. Part of the joy of the Festival is that you never know what you’ll see on stage. From aerialists to jugglers, magicians to comedians, all the weird and wonderful keeping this genre fresh and exciting.

Moisture Festival 2023 Matinees are Sat. and Sun. at 3 pm.

The Festival runs  March 22 - April 16th with evening shows Wed. thru Sun. 7:30 pm.

Ticket cost range: $14 (kids) - $35.
