Normandy Park Owl Prowl

Description

Join Naturalist Kevin O’Malley, from South Sound Nature School on a guided walk to discover owls. After a brief introduction and owl presentation, the group will walk to search for owls. You will learn more about their habitats and behaviors, including what they eat.

This is an all-age, family-friendly, hands-on experience it starts with an owl pellet dissection & then a slow quiet walk in the forest. Binoculars are not required. Trails are slightly rugged gravel or dirt trails, and with some paved trails. Space is limited; event is FREE!
