Description
Join the Mussel Festival, an annual celebration of delicious and award-winning mussels grown in Coupeville by Penn Cove Shellfish. Hop a boat tour to the Penn Cove seafood rafts, which is the only time they open to the public all year! Enjoy a chowder-tasting tour with recipes, live music, chef demos, and more.

Mussel Farm Boat Tours (Sat, 10:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. & Sun, 10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)
Tickets: $20 for ages 13+, $10 for ages 6-12, free for ages 0-5. On sale starting Feb 7.

- Meet the Mermaids (Saturday & Sunday, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.)
- Come meet Namielle and the Whidbey Island Sirens Pod at Musselfest. Legend has it youāll find them at the Blue Zone!
- Fishin' Off The Pier (Sat & Sun 12 pm - 2 pm) - FREE - Ages 2-10
- Head to the Pier at Front Street Realty (22 NW Front Street) to get reeling! Kids (ages 5-12 can cast the lines over the pier to fish for treats and treasure).
- Treasure Hunt (Sat & Sun 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.) - $15 per person - All Ages
- Find the Mermaid and collect the treasure. Start the Treasure Hunt at the Merchandize Booth inside the Rec Hall. Using the clues, you will find the pieces of the puzzle. When the Mermaid puzzle is complete, bring it back to the Merchandize Booth to redeem your treasure.
