Description
Seattle tradition, 41 years running. The St. Patrick’s Day Dash, taking place Sunday, March 16, will once again call Seattle Center home. The event will be back with all the family fun, including the traditional 5K distance, leprechaun lap, Post Dash Bash, costume contests, live music and more.
Don’t forget – the Irish Festival in Seattle is happening at the same time as the St. Patrick’s Day Dash! If you’re looking for additional Irish fun and/or looking for some family-friendly Irish options, don’t forget the festival is happening inside the Seattle Center Armory. There will be art contests, face painting, live music and more at the festival.
The Kids Leprechaun Lap
Little dashers, 10 and under, will complete a 1K(ish) loop within Seattle Center Grounds. Parents can run with their kids without registering. Then, kids can complete the 5K course with their families after the 1K Leprechaun Lap without registering for the 5K. The Leprechaun Lap starts at 8:30 a.m.
