When School is Out, Pools are In: Eastside Community Pool

Description

When school is out, come to your local Metro Parks Tacoma indoor pool for free recreational swimming hours. Join them at their indoor pool locations (Eastside Community Center, Norpoint Pool, People's Pool) at 1:30 p.m., on holidays, for fun water activities for your kids. Don’t want to hang out at home during the holidays? Come and swim.

Pool Safety Rules:

• Children ages 6 and younger (and those older who cannot meet the minimum height requirement 42″), must be within arms length of an adult at all times while in the pool.
• Maximum of two children ages 6 and younger per adult.
• Children ages 9 and younger must be accompanied by an adult at pool facilities.
• Children between the ages of 7-9 will be swim tested in order to swim without a parent being in the water with them.

Cost: Free admission for Tacoma Public School students, $5 for others
