2026 Spring Break Camp
At the heart of the forest in North Bend, Waskowitz Outdoor Education Center has been connecting young people to nature, to one another, and to themselves for generations. Surrounded by towering evergreens and the beautiful Snoqualmie River in the foothills of the Cascades, Waskowitz is a place where curiosity grows wild and every child is invited to explore.

Our W.I.L.D. Programs, standing for Wonder, Imagine, Learn, Do, bring the magic of outdoor education to life on non-school days throughout the year. Designed for students in grades K–5, these day programs offer meaningful, hands-on experiences during spring break and other school days off. Whether students are investigating forest ecosystems, building shelters, creating nature-inspired art, or working together on team challenges, every W.I.L.D. day is rooted in joyful exploration and active learning.

More than just a day off from school, W.I.L.D. Programs provide meaningful opportunities for connection to the land, community, and self. Students leave muddy, smiling, and proud of what they’ve discovered and accomplished. Families appreciate that their children are spending school breaks unplugged, active, and engaged in real-world learning.
There’s something powerful about spending the day in the forest — building, exploring, imagining, and wondering together. At Waskowitz, non-school days become opportunities for growth, adventure, and discovery.
Come Wonder, Imagine, Learn, and Do at Waskowitz!
