Go low budget with the Oyster Power Hour at Anchovies & Olives ($1.50 oysters and $6 prosecco; 5 to 6 pm and 10 pm to close Sunday to Thursday).
Hit Oyster Happy Hour at Monsoon in Bellevue ($1.50 oysters from 3 to 6 pm and 9 pm to close daily).
For oysters + a fire pit + a view, head to North Lake Union and slurp at Westward.
For oysters + a fun crowd, head to any of the new Taylor Shellfish oyster bars (Lower Queen Anne, Pioneer Square, and Melrose Market on Capitol Hill).
Go for broke with a gorgeous platter of local delights at The Walrus and the Carpenter in Ballard.
