Give your child an unforgettable summer of storytelling, performance, and friendship at Wedgwood Drama Studio’s Theater in the Park Camp! Located in Viewridge Park, this highly sought-after camp welcomes kids in grades K-8 of all experience levels to dive into the exciting world of theater.
Each week, campers create original stories, act them out, and collaborate with professional teaching artists to turn their ideas into a short movie. Through theater games, character development, and movement exploration, they build confidence, develop communication skills, and most importantly—have fun!
Camp Activities:
Original Story Creation – Kids work together to dream up unique tales and bring them to life.
Acting & Improv – Play theater games, build characters, and develop expressive skills.
Short Film Experience – Every camper helps turn their story into a mini-movie to take home.
Music, Dance & Art – Sing, move, and create costumes, props, and scenery.
Outdoor Adventures – Enjoy time in the park, play games, and make lifelong friends.
No prior theater experience? No problem! Our experienced instructors provide a welcoming environment where every child can shine in their own way and feel supported.
