On Nov. 20 at 10 am, the King County Courthouse is celebrating the finalization of a number of adoptions in honor of National Adoption Day, which falls on Nov. 21 this year.
This annual recognition of families’ completion of the formal adoption process is also held in order to emphasize the huge number of kids in the foster system who are still waiting to be adopted.
The Mariner Moose will be in attendance at the event. Swing by for snacks, entertainment and goodie bags for kids to take home. The adoption finalization hearings begin at 10 and the celebration starts at 12 pm.
