Spilt Milk Nannies (SMN) does the vetting and onboarding for all sitters on the platform. Sitters are interviewed, background checked, references are verified and CPR certificates are active. All sitters will be engaging, fun, and reliable.
SMN is around to help with any scheduling matters. As an active SMN family you simply search the time/date you need and the available sitters will list for you to select from. SMN is best for occasional and flexible needs since availability varies, though we’ve just started offering temp and long-term placements.
Quarterly membership is $75/qtr, which gives parents access to all sitters schedules. There is a $3 booking fee for confirmed appts accrues to membership renewals. Families are responsible for paying sitters directly at the end of each shift $25/hr.
