Train Ride and Train Shed Tour, Sat 12:30 NW Railway Museum. Tour begins at the Snoqualmie Depot with a train ride to the Train Shed Exhibit Building. This docent-led event will cover artifacts and items large and small. Great for kids over 5. Runs most Saturdays thru October. $20, $18 seniors, $15 kids, free younger than 2. trainmuseum.org
Cast Off! Free Public Sailing, Sun 10-4 Center for Wooden Boats. A free event that gives visitors a chance to sail in classic boats, tour the docks and perhaps helps with the rigging. Sign-ups begin at 10 a.m. in person and fill quickly. Rides are approx. 45 minutes throughout the day. All ages are welcome and life jackets are provided. atlakeunionpark.org
