Description
This snowshoe walk takes 2 hours and travels 2 miles over mountain terrain winding through a lovely mixed growth forest. You'll experience the impressive mid-canopy of the trees and have the opportunity to look for signs of wildlife. Each discovery tells a new story about this vibrant mountain habitat. They will guide you through this winter walk at a moderate pace featuring winter ecology information that you can share with your friends and family.
It is suggested if you are planning to bring children on this walk that they are second grade and older. They recommend the āKids in Snow Snowshoe Walkā for younger children as we will adjust the pace and length of the walk.
Snowshoes are provided for all walks. Check out this instructional video to learn how to wear snowshoes.
