The Saint Demetrios Greek Festival has been a Seattle tradition since 1960 bringing Greek food, music, dancing and culture to Seattle’s Montlake neighborhood. Highlights include homemade Greek delicacies, from spanakopita to Souvlakia, loukoumathes to baklava, all freshly prepared and served under the large outdoor tent. There will also be Greek music and dancing from St. Demetrios’ award-winning Greek dance groups who perform all weekend.
Friday Sept 29th – Noon to 9PM
Saturday Sept 30th – 10AM to 9PM
Sunday October 1st – 11AM till 6PM
NOTE: There is a SR-520 Bridge closure on both Saturday and Sunday this year and so event presenters recommend riding bus or light rail to reach the event in Montlake. A free shuttle will provided to the festival from the U of W Link Light Rail Station next to Husky Stadium.
Starting with this year’s festival, credit cards will be accepted at all booths.
The St Demetrios Greek Festival is going cashless and tokenless this year.
