Local nonprofit Families of Color Seattle is hosting a series of community dialogues starting this fall that continue into the winter. The dialogues are open to all Seattleites, focusing on issues of race and family. Childcare is provided during the dialogues, and attendance is free.
The first dialogue, Talking Race, kicks off on October 10 from 10:30 am to 1 pm at Seattle Girls' School, with a keynote from Sharon Chang, scholar, parent and activist.
