'Frozen' coming to Seattle stage in 2020

See Queen Elsa live on stage at the Paramount Theater next year.

Mark your calendars, Seattle families: "Frozen" is coming to the stage at the Paramount Theater next year. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 30.

The 2019-20 Broadway at The Paramount season was just announced and also includes the legendary musical "Miss Saigon," the hit "Chicago" and the Tina Fey product, "Mean Girls."

But little (and not-so-little) kids everywhere probably will be most enthralled at the prospect of seeing "Frozen" on stage. This Broadway version, from the producers of "The Lion King" and "Aladdin," was nominated for the Tony award for best musical and was the biggest hit of the recent Broadway season.
