It is a form of Japanese street theater, in which stories are told through a series of large paper panels placed in a wooden frame. At 11 a.m. see The Three Magic Charms and The Wizard of Oz. At noon, The Kappa and the Carpenter and The Ogre that Wanted to be Human. Free admission for youth 12 and younger
