Lifting Literacy: Trick or Treat at the Maple Valley Library

Description

Trick or treat around the library, play some games and more! Wear your costumes or just come as you are. The magician Jeff Evans will be visiting at 1:30 p.m. for magic fun. There will be Halloween story time and science fun.

During Lifting Literacy events, the Tahoma School District Reading Specialists take over the Maple Valley Library for literary fun! Parents get a chance to talk to the reading teachers about any questions they might have about their K-5 reader while the kids have some library fun.

Book Swap! Bring up to 5 of your own books that you've finished with and trade them in for new-to-you books.

Intended for ages 5 to 12 but all ages welcome. Registration not required.
