Description
The Mercer Island Farmers Market is a small and seasonal farmers market that boasts a wide array of vendors including food stalls, produce stands, bakeries and more and is a great community gathering place. The market features live music addinga festive and lively atmosphere.
Please note, that this farmers market is not dog friendly and kindly requests you to not bring your furry pets.
The market is located near Mercerdale Park, which has plenty of shaded spots for a hot sunny summer day.
Live music
Live music is an integral part of the Mercer Island Farmers Market. They have a full schedule of musicians starting on opening day June 1st. See line up for 2025 schedule.Â
​The market performers range from solo artists to full bands, presenting folk, rock, swing, bluegrass, gypsy jazz, blues, and more. This year's stage will feature returning favorites as well as wonderful new artists.Â
Market bucks
Market Bucks are a weekly distribution of $30 (6, $5 Market Bucks) worth of currency for use at the MI Farmers Market for those that are eligible for SNAP/EBT benefits.
Market Bucks may only be used to purchase items meeting USDA SNAP/EBT guidelines at any booth with a placard that says 'Market Bucks Accepted Here'.
Pick up: 10 am-1 pm pickup at the information booth, $30 per SNAP/EBT card, and must be eligible based on SNAP/EBT guidelines. Market Bucks distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
