My Colorful Emotions Workshop at the Newcastle Library

Description

Explore your feelings and learn to calm down tools through art, music, and games! This workshop is designed to help children explore, express, and regulate their emotions. Children will create their own emotions wheel art project and will practice calming strategies to help them manage big emotions.

Presented by a certified Creative Arts Therapist and Kids Coach.

Limited seating. Tickets will be available 30 minutes before the event at the library.
