PDZA Love at the Zoo

Description

Show your love for the furry, feathered, and finned friends by joining the Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium for Love at the Zoo! Bring Valentines and find hidden hearts throughout the weekend. Love at the Zoo is free for members.

You will get to watch animals enjoy Valentine-themed enrichments like heart-shaped ice treats, bamboo hearts, whipped cream, watermelon, and more!

Send your valentine to a special furry friend through the zoo-themed Valentine's activity. Send a valentine with an animal design and a cute pun. Save and print or send a free e-card. Guests are invited to bring a paper Valentine from home or make one at their Valentine station.

What's a polar bear's favorite food? Find out on a tour of our food preparation building 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Date/Time: February 14-15, 2026. 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Cost: The event is free with zoo admission. Adult (13-64): $25. Children (3-12): $17. Infant (age 2 and under): FREE (or membership). Buy tickets here.
