Wintertide Lights at Evergreen Arboretum

Evergreen Arboretum and Gardens is thrilled to invite the entire community to experience the magic of the season at Wintertide Lights as they once again transform the Arboretum into a mesmerizing winter wonderland for the month of December.

This free event promises an enchanting walk in the Arboretum, with volunteers going the extra mile to illuminate trees, bushes, and pathways.

Wintertide Lights began in 2020 and continues to grow every year, delighting visitors from all over. Solstice Walk was added in 2023 and was so popular it is expanding, too!

Luminary Walk: Saturday, December 21st, from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. Come enjoy a winter walk with luminaries, music and a recurring book reading for kids in their gazebo at 5 p.m., 5:45 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.

Luminary Workshops: Saturday, December 7th and 14th from 4-6 p.m. - Kids and adults love creating their own luminaries! Our children’s workshops on Dec 7 and 14 from 4-6 PM are taught in the Arboretum Classroom by staff from Imagine Children’s Museum.

Date/Time: December 1-31, 2024. 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. Open Daily.
