Toddler Gym Community centers all over the city host indoor gyms for children ages 5 and younger. Toys and activities vary at each gym but most include tricycles, push-cars, climbing structures and soft mats for little ones. Various times and locations. See complete schedule here.

Tinkerlab: Why Things Fly Tinkerlab is a weekly all-ages program that introduces science, technology, engineering and math concepts through play, experimentation and discovery. Today, learn about flight with paper helicopters and airplanes. A prize will be awarded to the airplane with the longest flight. 4 to 7 p.m. Delridge Branch Library, West Seattle.

University Village Playdays Each week a different store hosts a story time or hands-on activity. This week, Peek Kids is hosting. 10 to 11 a.m. University Village, Seattle (U District).

Rubber Chicken Museum Grand Opening Archie McPhee will be unveiling the free Rubber Chicken Museum. Features include the history of the rubber chicken, a signed Svengoolie, the world's largest rubber chicken and more. 3 to 4 p.m. Archie McPhee, Seattle (Queen Anne).
Northwest Paddling Festival Try out paddling sports like stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) and kayaking, watch races and kayak polo; visit with vendors and tour groups, and more. Sunday Public Sail Each Sunday, the Center for Wooden Boats offers free 45-minute rides on Lake Union. Set sail on one of the classic boats. Sign up for a slot in person, several trips throughout the day. Space is limited. Sign up begins at 10 a.m. Center for Wooden Boats (Lake Union).
Free Admission for Moms at Museum of Flight Moms accompanied by kids of any age are granted free admission to the museum. $16-$24, free ages 4 and younger. $2 discount if purchased online. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Museum of Flight, Tukwila.
Woof Hike Explore Lakemont Community Park with your furry friend, and learn all about the natural history and wildlife of the park. Limit one dog per guest with leash and waste bag. Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes. 10 a.m. to noon. Lakemont Community Park, Bellevue.
