Pacific Northwest Ballet's production of "Pinocchio" features kids and is designed for kids (and their families).
The classic tale of a puppet who yearns to be a real boy will feature more than 70 students of Pacific Northwest Ballet School, all daytime performances and special pre-show activities for kids.
Pinocchio runs for three performances only, March 17 and 23 at Seattle Center’s Marion Oliver McCaw Hall. Running time is approximately one hour and 20 minutes, including one intermission.
Showtimes are at 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm on Sunday, March 17, and 3:30 pm Saturday, March 23.
Be sure to arrive early, though: Pre-show activities in the McCaw Hall lobby will include a keepsake craft table and storytime dance classes, plus the popular Instrument Petting Zoo sponsored by classical KING FM, in collaboration with Music Center Northwest.
Tickets range from $28 to $60 and may be purchased through the PNB Box Office online, in person at 301 Mercer St. at Seattle Center or by phone at 206-441-2424. Subject to availability, tickets are also available 90 minutes prior to show times at McCaw Hall.
