Calling all creatives! The J is hosting a menorah-making contest for Hanukkah, and we’re inviting you to create a homemade, unique menorah for our lobby display.

All artists must be over the age of 6 to participate.

If you intend to submit a menorah, you must reserve your spot by registering here.

1. Your menorah needs eight candles, plus one more candle set apart from the others as the shamash (helper candle).
2. Your menorah needs to be made with materials you find at home.
3. Your menorah dimensions should not be more than one foot high and one foot wide.
4. You must include a short statement sharing the inspiration/theme of your menorah upon submission.
5. You must drop off your submission at the SJCC by 5 pm on December 3. Late submissions will not be accepted.
