Seattle families are invited to celebrate city parks, learn about recreation offerings and plan for the future of Seattle parks.
The city parks department has one more Parks & Rec Fests:
Sunday, June 9: Yesler Terrace Park and Community Center (Facebook event page here.)
It runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., is free and will include kids' activities, food, games, music, dancing, garden demonstrations, a job fair, resource fair and more. Parks staff also will be seeking input on the future of Seattle Parks & Recreation.
