The Pacific Science Center has finished repairs on the beautiful reflecting pools built along with the iconic arches for the 1962 World’s Fair. The pools, part of the U.S. Science Pavilion for the 1962 Seattle World’s Fair, started leaking several years ago and needed extensive repairs. The project was completed in time for Seattle Center’s 50th anniversary year in 2012.
