BIG TOP ROCK is Back!

Teatro ZinZanni and Kindiependent, the country's first family music collective, have joined forces once again for BIG TOP ROCK, a much-loved extravaganza of music and circus fun that takes place in Teatro ZinZanni's spiegeltent in Seattle. This will be the third series of six performances, and they begin Dec. 15.

BIG TOP ROCK weaves live circus performances from professionals such as Ariana Lallone (long-time Pacific Northwest Ballet prima ballerina) and hand-balancer Christopher Phi (previously with "Le Rêve" at the Wynn Las Vegas) into a story about a wayward circus troupe. The story is complimented by the live rock n' roll music stylings of Seattle's top kindie musicians.

The result is a spectacle that children ages 3 to 10 and their parents find fun and entertaining. Check out Seattle's Child's review to see what our parent reviewer thought of last year's show.

Here is the show schedule; the performances start at 11 a.m.:

  • Dec. 15: Caspar Babypants

  • Dec. 16: Caspar Babypants and The Harmonica Pocket

  • Dec. 23: The Not-Its!

  • Jan. 4: The Not-Its!
