Be among the first to hear live music from Recess Monkey’s new album “Hot Air” at their CD release party at 10:30 a.m. today at Town Hall Seattle. It’s their 12th(!) album, and features an air adventure theme.
The Fremont Solstice Fair is this weekend, with its wonderfully wacky parade at 3 p.m. today. Many of the marching bands and musical performers in the parade are here for Honk! Fest West, and they’ll be keeping the post-parade party going with music at Gas Works Park around 3:30 p.m.
