Elizabethan music for kids, by kids; inventor meet and greet

Young musicians with Early Music Youth Academy will play music popular during Shakespeare’s time, as costumed dancers with Seattle Historical Arts for Kids perform dances from that time period. It’s all in celebration of the touring exhibit “First Folio! The Book That Gave Us Shakespeare” currently at the Central library.

KidsQuest Children’s Museum in Bellevue hosts an inventor meet and greet this afternoon, where you’ll meet Matt Hammersley, the CEO and inventor behind Novel Effect. It’s a special technology that provides background music and sound effects as you read aloud popular children’s books.
