If your kids are on spring break this week (and even if they’re not!), head over to the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium for Spring Break Superstars! Each day this week, a different “conservation superstar” will be featured. Kids can participate in hands-on activities, watch as “VIP” zoo residents receive special enrichment treats and learn about what they can do to help these amazing but endangered animals. Search for clues in a zoo scavenger hunt to unscramble a secret code for a free carousel ride or visit the Kids’ Zone, where little zoo-goers can climb, explore and get up close and personal with critters.
