Every Who down in Whoville will be at the Sheraton this holiday season. Come see the magic that Seattle architectural firms, trade associations and Sheraton Seattle culinary staff team have designed, baked and built out of gingerbread. The event is free, but all donations go to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. The display is open 9 a.m.-9 p.m. through this weekend, 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Dec. 21-27, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 28-Jan. 1.
‘Twas the Night

This fun, family musical comedy is brought to the stage by Studio East. Loosely based on that famous holiday poem we all know and love, it’s a perfect way to savor the season. Great for ages 4 and older. $20.

Head to the Ballard branch of the Seattle Public Library for an all-ages board game day Sunday.
They’ll have a variety of board games on hand including Blokus, Carcassonne, Ticket to Ride, Jenga and Scrabble. If you have a board game you've been meaning to play, bring it along and others can join you.

Everyone knows the tale of the girl stuck in the tower with super long hair, right? Well, maybe you don’t know this version. Join Center Stage Theatre as they bring their non-traditional take on the tale to life on stage. Audience interaction and participation are encouraged. $35, $30 seniors/military, $15 ages 18 to 23, $12 ages 17 and younger.
Winter Wonderland in the Park
